Organized over a period of 3 to 4 months, THE MAGNETIC SPEAKER course combines three essential EnglishBooster programs which, when combined together, accelerate your ability to make an impact orally in English:

• GET A YES to present your ideas with impact and conviction.
• THE VIRTUAL MEETING LEADER for effective virtual meetings,
• PROBLEM SOLVED! for solving complex problems using collective intelligence.

Each program is structured around semi-immersive workshops to discover the tools and apply them to a practical case. Each workshop is followed by individual Practice Sessions to enable you to anchor the tools in other practical cases, directly relevant to your current professional situation.

Throughout the course, you develop your communication skills by working on your own topics and issues. The course guarantees you an optimum return on your investment in time.

At the end of the course, you evaluate the impact of the training (On-the-Job Evaluation) and self-assess the skills developed (Self-Assessment). A Progress Review is also scheduled with your trainer to review the objectives set during the Prep Call, and assess progress made.
